EvidenceNow operates independently and relies on publicly available scientific databases, third-party services, and external technological infrastructure.

EvidenceNow, its founders, contributors, and technology partners do not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

• Availability, uptime, or continuity of third-party APIs or databases (including NCBI/NLM resources such as PubMed).
• Accuracy, validity, completeness, or interpretation of external datasets.
• Structural, technical, or policy changes implemented by third-party providers.

Service interruptions or modifications resulting from third-party infrastructure are beyond the control of EvidenceNow.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
