EvidenceNow was born from a deep conviction: research is the engine of science, and medicine advances thanks to those who dare to ask relevant questions and seek answers with rigor, ethics, and humanity. This space was created for you and for all working teams who build clinical knowledge every day within this great global research community.
From vocation to evidence
In medicine, knowledge is always provisional and contextual to the present moment. There are no absolute truths, only informed decisions within a dynamic landscape of uncertainty. In that setting, those who apply evidence and those who produce it coexist.
Dr. René “Pibe” Favaloro taught that medicine stands on a fundamental tripod: care, teaching, and research. Inspired by that legacy, EvidenceNow seeks to build bridges between those who generate evidence and those who apply it in real clinical practice, strengthening physicians' professional identity and critical capacity.
As Christiane Dosne de Pasqualini said:
"Research is answering a question… and we walk through the Cathedral of Knowledge."
EvidenceNow Medical Evidence Observatory
We drive the EvidenceNow Medical Evidence Observatory, an open, collaborative, and methodologically rigorous space where we analyze clinical topics through structured searches and critical synthesis of the full available body of evidence.
We explore new approaches and conduct comprehensive reviews across dimensions:

- Prognostic
- Therapeutic
