Welcome to EvidenceNow. By accessing or using our platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
- Account Registration and Security. To access certain features of EvidenceNow, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EvidenceNow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
- Acceptable Use and Restrictions. EvidenceNow is designed to support literature discovery and methodological exploration. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
- Upload, process, or transmit any identifiable patient data, Protected Health Information (PHI), or confidential clinical records.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, extract, or index data from the Service without our express written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Intellectual Property. The Service, including its original content, features, interface, and functionality (excluding third-party open-source algorithms and public datasets), are owned by EvidenceNow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the specific queries and non-confidential data you input into the platform.
- Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use policies.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of EvidenceNow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina.
- Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this site. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

EvidenceNow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

However, EvidenceNow is NOT designed to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Users are strictly prohibited from entering identifiable patient data into the search or analysis fields.
